Decent Stay with Minor Issues
great location friendly staff complimentary wine small bathroom cold shower inaccurate breakfast
The location suited me well! I could easily walk to the Colosseum in about 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and also very helpful. The room had a complimentary bottle of wine together with fruit. It was a nice touch.
The bathroom was small. This surprised me! There was no cup for brushing my teeth. The first night, I had no hot water, so my shower was cold. Breakfast was not very accurate. This was an issue.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service

I appreciated the location, so close to the train station. It was a fifteen minute walk. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. I got a welcome drink and a snack.
The shower was cold one evening. I found no cup in the bathroom for brushing my teeth, so I had to use a glass.

okay stay in this location
quick contact front desk dog space small room dirty bathroom no milk
after i booked the room, a front desk employee got in touch. this was quick and i appreciated it. the service at the inn i found good. a front desk person upgraded us so the dog would have space. it was very thoughtful.
the room was small and felt claustrophobic. there were no outside windows to see. the bathroom wasn't clean and the room it had a bad smell. the coffee setup existed but no milk was provided.
